Create a permissioned security token
Issue T-REX / ERC-3643 suites with built-in identity and compliance — the standard path for tokenized real-world assets on Ethereum.
Regulated assets need identifiable stakeholders and enforceable transfer rules. ERC-3643 keeps the chain permissionless while permissioning the token — using OnchainID claims, an Identity Registry, and Modular Compliance checked on every transfer.

ERC-3643 (T-REX) lets you issue an ERC-20–compatible permissioned security token for real businesses — property shares, company equity, sports club units, funds, and similar assets. Unlike a normal ERC-20, transfers only succeed when the receiver is eligible in the Identity Registry and Modular Compliance allows the move.

- Bootstrap T-REX factory infrastructure once per chain (wallet signatures)
- Issue a full suite: Token + Identity Registry + Compliance in one factory transaction
- Create investor OnchainIDs, register them, then mint shares as the token agent
